Thermal Science and Technology Congresses (ULIBTK) have been held at different universities every two years under the leadership of the Turkish Society of Thermal Science and Technology (TIBTD) since 1977. Thermal Science and Technology Congresses have been successfully held nationally in the past years. 22th ULIBTK2019, it was done internationally in Kocaeli University. 23rd ULIBTK2021 will be organized internationally in cooperation with Gaziantep University and Turkish Thermal Science and Technology Association. In this context, the 23rd Congress of Thermal Science and Technology (ULIBTK 2021) will be held at Gaziantep University Mavera Congress and Art Center on September 08-10, 2021 as a hybrid (onsite/online). Congress languages are Turkish and English. Participants can present their papers in Turkish and English, and these papers can be published in the Congress Proceedings Book in Turkish and English.
