TIBTD President Prof. Dr. Atilla Bıyıkoğlu and ASHRAE President Mrs. Sheila Hayter consulted with the 22th Congress of Thermal Sciences and Technology which is planned to be held at Kocaeli University in between 11-14 September 2019, during the meeting of ASHRAE RAL CRC 2018 Congress in Antalya which was held between 4-7 September 2018. In the wake of this consulting, a written proposal of making a presentation in the congress was mentioned for ASHRAE President, and a word is taken about this context for her to prepare a presentation as “Distinguished Lecturer” in 22th Congress of Thermal Sciences and Technology. As a result, it is added to the program of the congress for a presentation to be given.
